Enter the boat once. The website, the feeds and the CRM follow.
Boat inventory management software where you enter the boat once. One inventory system of record for boats, engines and trailers. Listings go live when you save them, and the same record feeds marketplaces and your customer history.

A system of record, not a spreadsheet
As boat inventory management software, BoaterOS gives every unit a permanent record. Every unit is a permanent hull record with one listing per sales cycle. Engines and trailers link to the hull. Filters and sorts cover HIN, stock number, brand, type, status and owner, and each listing shows how many people are looking at it and who they are.
- Hull, listing, engine and trailer records, linked
- Views, unique visitors, saves and inquiries per listing, plus who viewed (lead, customer or anonymous visitor)
- Ribbons such as price drop, trailer included and new arrival, computed from listing data
- Pricing shown to staff only where their role allows it
- Stock number suggestions and uniqueness checks
- Automatic sync to your public website and to marketplace feeds

What it doesn't do yet
Not a full DMS inventory
Hard parts and serialized accessories are placeholder pages. There is no floor-plan tracking, parts stock or point of sale.
No stopwatch on time to live
Listings are live on save by design, but there is no stored timer, so we do not quote hours-to-live.
Some brand logic is specific to one dealership
Stock-number conventions, manufacturer spec parsers for four brands and new-boat pricing programs are coded for one dealership and need adapting for another.
What dealers ask about this
No. The website reads the same records.
No. We do not claim floor-plan tracking.
Impressions are counted from the day the feature was switched on. Earlier views are detail views only.
