List the boat once and every marketplace feed carries it.

Boat inventory syndication from one inventory. Your inventory publishes feeds for the marketplaces and ad platforms you use, with one pricing policy so an ad never shows a price you meant to hide.

/ What it does

One record, many outlets

Boat inventory syndication runs off the listings already on your website. Feeds are built from the listings already on your website. Each marketplace pulls its feed on its own schedule, so there is nothing to push. A registry shows each feed's scope, format and live item count.

  • BoatTrader, including BoatWizard, for pre-owned and brokered listings, plus a sold report
  • Boatmart for pre-owned and brokered active listings
  • BoatNV for everything shown on the website
  • Google Merchant Center and the Facebook catalog, excluding call-for-price boats
  • Google Ads page feed for listing and landing-page URLs
  • One price-display policy applied across all feeds
/ How it works

How it works

  1. 01

    Publish the listing

A boat that is live on your site is eligible for the feeds it fits.

  2. 02

    The outlet pulls

BoatTrader, Boatmart, Google and Facebook fetch their feed from a secured address.

  3. 03

    Prices follow policy

A hidden or call-for-price boat is excluded from feeds that need a price.

  4. 04

    Check the registry

Site admin shows each feed's item count so you can see what is going out.

/ Honest limits

What it doesn't do yet

No YachtWorld feed

There is no YachtWorld feed. Leads from YachtWorld arrive only through the email parser.

No publish log

BoaterOS does not record when a boat was included in a feed, so you cannot look back at when it was on a given portal.

Scope choices reflect one dealership

BoatTrader and Boatmart are pre-owned and brokered only, which is a dealer decision coded in the feed builders.

Credentials are entered by an admin

The marketplaces still need your account details set up with them.

/ Questions

What dealers ask about this

No, they are pulled by the marketplace. Refresh timing depends on each outlet.

One display policy covers all of these feeds, so an ad never shows a price you meant to hide.

Another marketplace is added as build work with us, as a project rather than a self-serve setting.
