Give the window sticker away for a name and a number.
Boat window sticker software that trades the sticker for a lead. Stickers live on the boat record. Website visitors who want one leave their details, you get the lead, and they get a link by email.

Sticker as a lead capture
In boat window sticker software, the sticker is a file type on the boat record. A window sticker is an uploaded file, typed as Public, Manufacturer, Boat Show or Special. The public listing shows a View the Window Sticker button only when a customer-facing sticker exists. The visitor fills in a short form, which creates a lead, and receives a secure link.
- Four sticker types; the type is required at upload
- Customers get the newest Public sticker, otherwise the newest Manufacturer one
- Boat Show and Special stickers stay internal
- Emailed link is valid for seven days, tied to the requester's email
- The file's real address is never exposed on the page
- Staff can view and download from the listings table
How it works
- 01
Upload the sticker
Add the file on the boat and choose its type.
- 02
The site shows the button
Only when a deliverable sticker exists.
- 03
Visitor requests it
A short form creates a lead, tagged as a window sticker request.
- 04
Link goes out
A signed link is emailed. Expired or invalid links show a clear message.
What it doesn't do yet
Stickers are uploaded, not generated
BoaterOS used to generate a sticker PDF and retired it. You upload the manufacturer's or your own file.
First sticker is added from the listing editor
The boat's Docs tab shows the sticker panel only once one exists.
No speed claim
We do not quote how fast a sticker goes live; there is no timer behind it.
What dealers ask about this
Yes, every request creates a lead. Failure to send the email never blocks lead creation.
It is valid for seven days and bound to the requester's email hash, so it is not meant for sharing.
The newest Public sticker, or else the newest Manufacturer one.
