Show pages, ticket handling, will-call lists and cost tracking are in use; personal RSVP links are not confirmed in production and reminder emails are not built.
Know what each boat show cost you and what it brought in.
Boat show and event management software that remembers last year. One page per show that carries over year to year, the boats you are bringing, ticket requests and a will-call list, and a scorecard for cost and leads per edition.

Show logistics off the spreadsheet.
Boat show and event management software should tell you what a show cost and what it brought in. Each show has a public page and yearly editions. Staff mark which inventory boats are going, and the boat page gains a 'see this boat in person' band. Guests request tickets or fill the guest form; staff approve premium requests and pull a will-call file for the organizer. The scorecard ties cost, leads and deals to each edition.
- Evergreen public page per show with yearly editions, in English and Spanish
- Boats you are bringing, shown on the page and on their listings
- Ticket requests with approval for premium tickets, and a will-call CSV with legal names
- Guest form and RSVP page; leads carry the show they came from
- Invites from the 1:1 email composer and the mass mailer, with a show picker
- Per-edition cost, cost per lead and buyers traced to deals

What to know
Personal RSVP links are not confirmed live
The per-guest link that connects a visitor's browsing to their file depends on a database change whose production state we have not verified.
No reminders or RSVP confirmations
Reminder and confirmation emails are not built. Will-call is a CSV, not a spreadsheet file.
Revenue is gross
The scorecard shows gross revenue, not profit, and marks the two value measures with no data source.
Territory logic is in code
Territory rules and default copy for specific shows are written for one dealership and need work for another.
What dealers ask about this
Yes on the show page. Channel reports may file a show guest under a web source, so use the show page count.
Invites sent from a rep's mailbox are rep emails without a designed shell or unsubscribe link. Suppressed addresses are excluded.
Social posts per show are written and published by hand today.
