Partial

Events, the public calendar and RSVPs work; a member database, CRM-linked RSVPs and waivers are planned, not built.

Run the owner club from the same calendar as the rest of the store.

Boat club management software on the same calendar as the store. Staff create a club event once. It appears on the dealer site and the club calendar, guests RSVP without logging in, and a newsletter draft can be prepared from the event.

BoaterOS boat club events: draft and upcoming event cards with date and visibility
Boat club events
/ What it does

One event, two websites.

Boat club management software here covers events, members and the email list. The club admin has events, members and an email copy list. A club event feeds both the main site and a separate club site, which is a fast brochure with an event calendar, a contact form and a membership verification form. Creating an event can also draft a newsletter for the club list or the customer list.

  • Events with categories, public or members-only visibility and draft or published status
  • Optional newsletter drafts from a new event, for the club list and the customer list
  • Login-free RSVP on the public club calendar
  • Club members list and an email copy list
  • Club pages, member forum and members-only content on the main site
  • Separate club website that reads the event feed
/ How it works

Running a club event

  1. 01

    Create the event

Add date, category, visibility, image and details in the events admin.

  2. 02

    Fan out

Choose whether to draft a newsletter for the club list, the customer list, or both.

  3. 03

    Guests RSVP

They RSVP on the public calendar without an account.

  4. 04

    Staff follow up

RSVP and contact notifications go to the club mailbox.

/ Honest limits

What is not built

The club site is a single-dealership template

Its name, copy, colors, phone and locations are written into the code. Another dealer gets a clone-and-edit build, not a settings change.

Club contact does not create a CRM lead

Contact and verification forms on the club site email the club. They do not create a lead or customer.

RSVPs are not linked to customers

A club RSVP is not tied to a customer or lead, and members-only events do not appear on the club site.

Member database and waivers are planned

A shared member calendar, a member database, e-signed waivers and cookie-to-customer matching are direction only.

/ Questions

What dealers ask about this

The join page says so, but nothing yet writes memberships from a delivered deal. Staff enroll members from the admin.

Events are editable by staff. FAQ, locations and page copy need a developer edit.

No. It is a website and a member area on the main site.
