Tracking, claim countdowns and printable pre-approval forms are in use; one manufacturer's rules are loaded, and there is no e-filing or deadline email.

Track co-op money from accrual to payment, with a countdown on every claim.

A boat dealer co-op advertising tracker that shows what is about to forfeit. Programs, accruals, claims and countdowns in one place, with the money shown as paid, claimed and remaining, and a printable pre-approval form.

BoaterOS co-op tracker: manufacturer advertising funds by brand and program year
Co-op overview with forfeiting balances
/ What it does

Co-op money on a screen instead of a spreadsheet.

The boat dealer co-op advertising tracker keeps every manufacturer program in one place. Each manufacturer program shows accrued, claimed, paid and about-to-forfeit money, so the amount at risk in the next 30 days is one click. Claims carry countdowns, and the pre-approval request prints as a form you can send. Figures you have not entered show as a dash, never a fake zero.

  • Overview tiles for accrued, claimed, paid and forfeiting in 30 days; each tile filters the cards
  • One card per program with year, dealer tier and a money bar
  • Program detail with rules and claim history
  • Claims list with countdowns and a claim detail page
  • Printable pre-approval form
  • Brands with no program loaded show as an empty card
/ How it works

Working a claim

  1. 01

    Load the program

The manufacturer's program year, tier and rules sit on the program page.

  2. 02

    Enter accruals and spend

Record what you earned and what you spent against the program.

  3. 03

    Watch the countdown

The overview shows what is about to forfeit; open the claim to see its deadline.

  4. 04

    Print the pre-approval

Generate the form and file it with the manufacturer yourself.

/ Honest limits

What it does not do yet

One manufacturer's rulebook is loaded

One manufacturer's program has full rules. Other brands are present as empty shells until their rules are entered.

No e-filing

Nothing is submitted to a manufacturer portal, and there is no filled PDF export. It prints.

No deadline emails

Countdowns are on screen only. No reminder is sent.

Limited status controls

You can create a claim, request pre-approval or mark it denied. There is no control yet to mark a claim approved, submitted or paid.

/ Questions

What dealers ask about this

No. It tracks and prints. You still file with the manufacturer.

One manufacturer's rules are loaded today. Other brands need their rules entered, and there is no form yet to create the next program year.

The deadline shows on the overview and on the claim. Email reminders are outside it today.
