/ Boat dealer software integrations

What BoaterOS connects to, and what it does not.

It runs on Microsoft 365 and RingCentral. A few optional add-ons extend it. Some things are not built, and we say which.

/ Required
/ 01

Microsoft 365 and RingCentral are required.

Boat dealer software integrations start with two required platforms. Microsoft 365 handles staff sign-in, email and calendar; Google Workspace support is in development. RingCentral handles phones and texts, and Twilio texting is being built as its own module.

  • Microsoft 365: sign-in, email, calendar
  • RingCentral: phones and texts
  • Google Workspace: sign-in, email and calendar (in development)
/ RingCentral
/ 02

RingCentral for boat dealers: calls and texts on the record.

Reps call and text from their own RingCentral lines. Each call, text and voicemail is logged on the customer file, with a transcript for voicemail.

BoaterOS communication history: every call with duration, result, recording and time, across the whole dealership (staff and numbers blurred)
/ Optional
/ 03

Three optional add-ons.

You can run without any of them.

  • Call tracking, with tracked calls linked to leads
  • Contact enrichment: fills in contact and household details on new leads
  • Full document management: e-signature, signed documents filed to the record, document storage
/ Out to the market
/ 04

Inventory out to marketplaces and ad platforms.

Your boats go out to BoatTrader, Boatmart, BoatNV, Facebook, Google Merchant and Google Ads from one record. The BoatTrader feed is one-way. Google Ads and Google Analytics 4 measure the website through tags on the site.

/ Your accounting
/ 05

Keep your accounting where it is.

BoaterOS is the boat dealer management system for the front of the store: website, leads, CRM, marketing, inventory, deals, brokerage and service requests on one record. Your accounting system stays where it is, with accounting integration on the roadmap.

No. Call tracking is an optional add-on. With it, tracked calls are linked to leads.

It sends your inventory to BoatTrader in a one-way feed. A YachtWorld feed is not built.

E-signature from the deal, with the signed PDF filed back to the record automatically, plus document storage on customer and deal records. E-signature covers brokerage documents today. It is optional.
