/ Switching / Boats Group

Using Boat Trader and BoatWizard: keep the listings, own the record.

Boats Group runs the marketplaces where boats are listed. BoaterOS keeps your inventory record and sends listings out, so the marketplace is a place your boats go, not where your data lives.

/ What Boats Group does

Marketplaces, plus dealer tools.

As of September 2026, Boats Group is the company behind Boat Trader, YachtWorld and boats.com, and offers dealer tools including the BoatWizard inventory system and dealer websites. For many dealers, these marketplaces are where a large share of buyers first see a boat.

BoaterOS does not replace those marketplaces. Dealers keep listing where buyers look.

/ Where BoaterOS fits

A BoatWizard alternative for the inventory record.

BoaterOS keeps one inventory record. Enter a boat once and it goes out to BoatTrader, Boatmart, BoatNV, Facebook, Google Merchant and Google Ads with one pricing policy. The BoatTrader feed is one-way. The YachtWorld feed is not built.

The dealer website and leads run on the same record. Accounting and service billing stay where they are. BoaterOS is the boat dealer management system for the front of the store: website, leads, CRM, marketing, inventory, deals, brokerage and service requests on one record. Your accounting system stays where it is, with accounting integration on the roadmap.
